Having your wedding ceremony in Gatlinburg Tennessee? You’ll need to get your Tennessee marriage license before your wedding ceremony.

Tennessee requires no blood tests or waiting period. You can have your wedding ceremony on the same day you get your marriage license. You may purchase your marriage license from any County Clerk’s office at any Court House in Tennessee. Once you purchase the license it is valid for only thirty days.

What’s required? Both the bride and groom must be present, over 18 years of age and provide a valid driver’s license or certified birth certificate. If either party has been widowed or divorced you must give the date of death or divorce.

You can obtain a Tennessee Marriage License in Sevier County Monday thru Saturday. We provide all the license information including locations and hours in your confirmation paperwork.

Your marriage license may also be purchased in Gatlinburg Tennessee at the Shilling Center Clerks office only Monday from 9 am – 5 pm; Wednesday from 9 am to 1 pm; Friday from 9 am to 5 pm; Saturday 9 am to 3 pm.

The Shilling Center Clerks office is located in Gatlinburg Tennessee at Traffic light #7 go left, continue two blocks and the Shilling Center is clearly marked on the left.
